NCCSD and DREAM Resources for Students

Picture
DREAM has events, mentoring and chapters and affiliates.  We also support new and existing student organizations.

Read the DREAM-U zine with timely information about issues, life hacks, notable people and events and more for current and future college students with disabilities.

DREAM and the NCCSD have a list of all national organizations working directly with disabled, neurodiverse, and culturally Deaf college students.

We have lists of movies and books about disability and higher education.

Students can join DREAM's Slack community to meet other students.

DREAM and the NCCSD also have publications, a weekly News Update of U.S. disability and higher education news, and a DREAM listserv where we announce events and share resources.

See our Scholarship Blog for financial aid options that we hear about.

The Campus Disability Resources (CEDAR) Database has contact information for disability services for every college and university in the U.S. and information about disability access and resources on campuses. To find general information about colleges, use College Navigator.  General financial aid information is available at College Affordability and Transparency Center and disability-specific financial aid information is available at the NCCSD.  If you are a student with an intellectual disability, you can search for college-based transition programs and resources at Think College.
